Of course, I immediately <a href="MuPADMinisterin12.2004.pdf" target="addwindow">informed the minister</a>
outside of the Dienstweg. But soon after - as expected - I was informed by the ministry, that this letter
was sent back to the University, obviously because it was not sent on the Dienstweg.
